                               EXECUTIVE BIOS

Louis Puopolo, Producer/Director, Principal

Louis has grown up in the film and entertainment business as the eldest son of Lou Puopolo. Starting his career with Puopolo Productions, he now has a background in major studio feature production working with companies such as Disney, Warner Brothers, and Universal Pictures, as well as independents like Miramax, Phoenix Films, and Tribeca Films; he has lived and worked in Los Angeles, New York City, Germany, The United Kingdom and many locations in between.

In addition to his filmmaking experience Louis was Director of New Media Development at Rare Ventures, the Internet venture capital arm of Rare Medium Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: RRRR), where he was a key contributor in delivering organizational and strategic solutions for its entertainment venture investments, such as ChangeMusic.com (later to become CMJ.com). Pursuing his interest in Internet based entertainment, Louis went on to work for Axispoint, a technology solutions company, where he was the company's Internet Business Development Executive managing the accounts of Bowienet (www.davidbowie.com), Hanson.net, Moby.com, as well as Gaither Music Management's hugely successful eCommerce site GaitherStore (http://store.gaithermusic.com). As Vice President and Brand Strategist of Milligan Design, Ltd., Louis was a key executive working with the principal of this integrated communications company to rethink, re-approach and reposition its overall new business development strategy.

Louis brings a broad expertise to our team that understands creative execution through the mindset of a working writer and director (short film - Rubbernecker, completed 2002), as well as actor sensibilities most notably seen in Daydream Believer, which took the Grand Jury Prize for Best Dramatic Feature at Slamdance Film Festival January 2001 and Spirit award winner 2002. He is an informed team player, whether it is project management, cost control or his can do attitude that supports and encourages the best from script through to the final edit.

Louis, a member of the Directors Guild of America, has had a great influence in just how United Programing, Inc. unfolds as a programing company responsible to our broadcasters and audiences alike.
